Hi, I’m Neill Papa

A Licensed nurse and founder of VestiCare

LVN License #: 684624

I work with individuals and families who feel anxious or confused about care decisions. With almost a decade in long-term care nursing and dementia care, much of it serving families in the Palo Alto area, I take the time to explain what’s really happening, answer questions clearly, and help people feel calmer and more confident about their care. My focus is on professional nursing support at home, including clinical assessment, guidance, and coordination when health needs feel unclear. VestiCare is intentionally small and nurse-led, allowing me to provide personalized care and flexible support based on each family’s situation.

Why I Started VestiCare

Over the years, I’ve seen many people move into assisted living without fully understanding what that care actually looks like. Some expect 24-hour, one-on-one support, only to realize that care is shared among many residents. Others later discover they may have had the option to stay at home with more personalized care and at a lower cost.

I started VestiCare to help people understand their choices before they feel locked into a decision and to make sure, they have clinical guidance when it matters most. I realized care could be rushed or maybe even overlooked if the care is divided among too many other clients. I believe good care doesn’t rush. It listens. It explains. And it stays consistent. My goal is to give families the time, clarity, honest guidance, and nursing support that meets them where they are, both medically and emotionally.

Let’s Talk

If you’re unsure what kind of care makes sense for you or your loved one, let’s talk and see what support makes sense. Sometimes a simple conversation can bring clarity and peace of mind.
